Evolving ideas

Spring, looking Southeast

Although it was disappointing to discover the original, 1st choice farm property had numerous encumbrances, easement issues and colossal utility development costs ( which wouldn't have mattered since easements were being barred by unwilling country neighbors) I continued to look. And, found this, a beautiful piece of land in Bethel Valley, NC. The land, 9.75 acres includes two, converging springs, a antique house and barn, apple trees and incredible views. And, the utilities are already on the land. I will build a small house and renovate the antique house for passing friends.

Snow, looking South.
